I am one of the dreaded M-37 claimants. I have 5 acres. Each year I have to 'GIVE' the hay it grows to the guy I beg to cut and bale it. I have a tax deferrment. I pay about $30 a year. I wonder if I could get on the gravy train like your 'producers' are. I realize $30 isn't much to pay but I can't do anything with my land and what little grows there is more trouble than it's worth. We'll see if M-49 helps.<BR/><BR/>Yes, I've tried in the past to sell it but no interest. I guess if I just put up a 'free to good home' I'd find a taker.<BR/><BR/>Anyways, I found your post to be quite interesting. I'm sure my 'neighbor' is on the list for the Valley.
